Q: A Real Producer?

A: Certainly we are an expert manufacturer in Taiwan, producing with both quality and dignity.

Q: How to reach our company?

A:  Landing on Kaohsiung Airport  -> Taking the High Speed Rail to Tainan Station.  ->  Riding a taxi to our working location.

Q: Are OEM and ODM services provided?

A: As a global manufacturer, we do offer OEM and ODM services. Please send your specification to us and we will respond within 24 hours.

Q: How long will an order be ready?

A: For container order, twenty - thirty working days are needed right after the order is received. We will inform you the date of deliver or shipment when the order starts to be processed. 

Q: Package utilized?

A: Our standard package is 5-layer kraft cartons. Color ones are available if needed.

Q: Trade terms applied?

A: Currently we have EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF, etc. 

Q: What is the required payment terms?

A: T/T and L/C are both acceptable. Other payment terms can be suggested.

Q: Do you have overseas agents?

A: At present there remains no overseas agent, and we are still looking for any possible permanent partnership abroad.

Q: Can I have a sample?

A: While most samples can be available, except some with high value, freight fees will not be covered.
